Nobel Bros Shipyard re-launches refurbished pusher OTA-953
Rybinsk, Russia based Nobel Brothers Shipbuilding & Shiprepair Yard says that on April 19, 2019, the pusher tug of the 758 AM series OTA-953 was re-launched. The towboat has completed the inter-navigational drydocking and repair.
The scope of work included repair of Azipod propulsion units, detection of faults and repair of the hull and electrical equipment, painting of the underwater hull.
Main particulars: YB - 1985, M 2,0 Ice 20 A Class, LOA - 41.5 m, beam - 13.0 m, loaded draught - 2.5 m, light draught - 2.13 m, overall height with superstructures (light draught) - 13.77 m.
Nobel Brothers Shipyard LLC (Nobel Bros Shipyard) based in Rybinsk of Russia was founded in 1907.
