Bunker prices continue going down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia (graph)

Oil priced decrease amid the escalating trade conflict between the USA and China.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices have slightly increased at the port of St. Petersburg:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $377 pmt (-$3).

Average price of MGO - $604 pmt (-$4).  

Average price of ULSFO - $572 pmt (-$3). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $370 and $385 pmt.

Bunker market at the port of Rotterdam saw mixed price movements, by $4 on the average.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
