RF Government approves rules for collecting port investment dues from ship owners in Russian seaports

RF Government has approved the rules for collecting port investment dues from ship owners. RF Government Decree No 616 dated 18 May 2019 has been published at the official internet portal for legal information.

Port investment dues are dues collected for construction and reconstruction of federally owned seaport infrastructure facilities. The rules describe the criteria to select facilities the use of which entails collection of dues, set the terms for the rates and purposes for which the collected resources are to be used. The dues will be set in rubles per a gross register tonne specified in a certificate.
