  Vadim Berezin elected as Chairman of Moscow River Shipping Company BoD

  

  Moscow River Shipping Company says its Board of Directors has elected Cadim Berezin as BoD Chairman.

  The annual general meeting of MRSC shareholders held on 20 May 2019 elected Vadim Berezin, Aleksandr Plyushchenko, Roman Trotsenko, Andrey Kosygin, Bakhtiyor Kasimov, Maksim Trusov and Valeria Kurochkina as BoD members.

  Moscow River Shipping Company (part of MRP Group) is one of the oldest shipping companies and specializes in transportation of freight and passengers on inland waterways of Russia’s European part. The Company operates a fleet of 150 cargo ships, more than 20 passenger vessels, and a range of handling equipment and production facilities. From 2012 the Moscow River Shipping includes MRP-Tanker, a division engaged in transportation of crude and oil products.
