Marine Recruiting Agency to recruit personnel for Petrolesport
Marine Recruiting Agency LLC (MRA, a company of UCL Holding) develops partnership with Petrolesport JSC (a company of Global Ports). In July, the partners signed an agreement on recruitment of personnel for the stevedore .
Recruitment is a new promising competence of Marine Recruiting Agency LLC expanding the array of well developed services that provide the customers with temporary personnel and offer the complete range of education services to train workers and upskill specialists of all categories.
From the second quarter of the year, Marine Recruiting Agency LLC has been providing Petrolesport JSC with services on recruitment of temporary workers (dock engineers) during the peak-load periods. Under the new agreement, MRA will search for specialists to be employed by the stevedoring company.
Over the 18-year period, MRA has provided temporary personnel to about 20 Russian companies including stevedoring, logistic, construction, telecommunication and trade organizations.
Training services have been rendered to more than 100 companies in Russia and CIS countries. Last year, MRA trained 1,907 different specialists. The Agency offers over 50 education courses with remote training available. Together with the Employment Centre of Saint-Petersburg, the company is implementing the state programme for proactive training of personnel. Through involvement of local employment centers, MRA offers retraining of workers in Kazakhstan and Estonia.
Marine Recruiting Agency LLC is a recruiting company representing interests of transport logistic, construction and other companies of North-Western region in sphere of recruiting, training and provision of temporary personnel. MRA was established in 2001 and is a subsidiary Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg JSC. From 2016 the company is accredited by Federal Service on Labour and Employment for performing the activities related to provision of personnel.
The Agency has its own Training Centre with its own technical infrastructure. Its functions are primary training, re-qualification and advanced training on the basis of various educational programmes.
