Khasan Likhov appointed as Deputy Head of Russian Federal Fisheries Agency

Khasan Likhov has been appointed Deputy Head of Russian Federal Fisheries Agency (Rosrybolovstvo) by RF Government’s Decree dated 22 July 2019 (No1631-р), Rosrybolovstvo says in a press release.

Khasan Likhov will be responsible for finances, economics and investments.

Previous position of Khasan Likhov – Executive Director, FSBI Glavrybvod (from 2016).

Khasan Likhov was born in 1983. In 2005, graduated with distinction from Economic Security Academy of Russia’s Interior Ministry (Moscow). Between 2004 and 2006 - service for internal affairs authorities of Russia’s Interior Ministry.

Between 2006 and 2015  - different positions Directorate of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation for the Central Federal District in the Moscow Region, Department for Economic Regulations and Property Issues in Fuel & Energy Complex, Department for Corporate Management, Pricing and Auditing in Fuel & Energy sectors of RF Energy Ministry, PAO Rosseti.
