RF Gov’t approved amendments into regulations on safety of seaborne transport facilities engaged in coal handling

By Decree No 1288 dated 7 October 2019, RF Government approved amendments into technical regulations on safety of seaborne transport facilities. The document has been published on the internet portal for legal information.

The regulations cover seaborne transport infrastructure facilities intended for coal transshipment including those for which design documentation has been submitted for state environmental approval or repeated state environmental approval before the effective date of this Decree -  from 1 January 2020 and functioning seaborne transport infrastructure facilities engaged in coal transportation – from 1 January 2021.
