Mr. Pulikovski approved the positive conclusion of the Expert commission of the State environment expertise
RosTechNadzor (the Federal Environmental, Industrial and Nuclear Supervision Service of Russia) acknowledged the construction of the oil pipe-line from the Skovorodino settlement (Amurskaya region) to the Russia-PRC border to be ecologically substantiated.
According to the RosTechNadzor press-service information, the Head of the Federal Service for ecological, technological and nuclear surveillance, Konstantin Pulikovski, has approved the positive conclusion of the Expert commission of the State environment expertise of the materials to substantiate the investments into the construction of the oil pipe-line "Skovorodino - People's Republic of China border."
Experts came to a conclusion that the materials for investments substantiation correspond to the ecological requirements, thus it's possible to start the next stage of project works.
The Head of the RosTechNadzor established the period of validity for this conclusion, which is three years.
