Eurasia Logistics plans to build container terminals in its industrial parks operating under the brand name of GreenGate, Russia's industrial real estate developer announced in a statement according to RBC. The total area of all terminals in the company's 28 industrial parks is to reach up to 1.3m square meters. The project cost is estimated at more than USD 20m. GreenGate is expected to become the only industrial park network to be fully equipped with container terminals.
The construction of container terminals by Eurasia Logistics was caused by the development of an international transport corridor from China to Europe via Russia, as many of the company's industrial parks lie along the route.
