Port workers in France began a 48-hour strike on Tuesday to coincide with the government’s planned port reform bill’s first reading before the National Assembly.Normal operations at the Fos-Lavera terminals, part of the state-run Port Autonome de Marseilles, have been disrupted and tankers have had to wait for berthing.
