Chang Jiang Shipping Group Phoenix Co recently announced that it has inked a cooperative agreement with Hubei Yihua Group for long-term strategic relationship, sources reported. The Shenzhen-listed firm, which has a shipping capacity exceeding 4 million tons, owns substantial experience and advantages in ocean carriage especially in Yangtze River Delta.
Hubei Yihua Group, the parent of Hubei Yihua Chemical Industry Co Ltd, has agreed to give preference to Chang Jiang Shipping Group Phoenix for its product transportation. Hubei Yihua Group principally produces carbamide, ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, coal and other chemical products.
Reportedly, Chang Jiang Shipping Group Phoenix will move its Southwest headquarters to Changshou District, Chongqing by the end of 2012.
