Big Port St. Pb updates max drafts in the port waters

Harbormaster Peter Parinov has signed an order establishing new allowable drafts of ships on the channels and berths of the Big Port of St. Petersburg effective August 3, 2010 and imposing additional conditions and limitations to ensure safe navigation, the Port Authority said.
