Oil price up to $44.08 in London and to $40.78 in New York

In London, the Brent Crude contract was up $0.26 on February 3 to $44.08 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude climbed $0.70 to $40.78 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, RBC reports.
