Essar Shipping Ports & Logistics today said one of its promoters Teletech Investments (India) has pledged 15.07 per cent stake in the company. In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said the promoter, Teletech Investments (India), has pledged 6.42 crore shares, representing 15.07 per cent stake.
Meanwhile, Orchid Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals told BSE that its three promoters have pledged 8.68 per cent stake in the company.
K Raghavendra Rao has pledged 46.74 lakh shares representing 6.64 per cent stake, Orchid Health Care has pledged 14.14 lakh shares representing 2.01 per cent stake and R Vijayalakshmi has pledged 0.24 per cent representing 1.70 lakh shares, Orchis Chemicals said in a filing.
