Throughput of oil terminal Yuzhny (Ukraine) down 22% to 7.7 mln t in 2008

In 2008, oil terminal Yuzhny (Ukraine) handled 7.7 million tonnes (-22%, year-on-year), RZD-Partner reports. In 2007, the record-breaking year, the terminal handled 9.9 million tonnes (up 2.6 times, year-on-year).
