Oil price down to $40.99 in London and to $38.44 in New York

In London, the Brent Crude contract was down $0.90 on February 23 to $40.99 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude fell $1.59 to $38.44 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, RBC reports.
