Oil price up to $58.47 in London and to $59.03 in New York

In London, the Brent Crude contract was up $2.49 on May 18 to $58.47 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude climbed $2.69 to $59.03 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, RBC reports.
