Launch of the service allows cargo in the Greater China region and northern Asian countries like Japan and Korean to receive cargo directly from Shenzhen and Europe and North America without having to detour through Hong Kong, thus reducing transit time and enhancing competitiveness.
The new service connects Shenzhen to Hamburg, Genoa, Southampton, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Le Havre and Vancouver.
Customers in China can also ship their cargo from Shanghai via DHL's LCL network to Busan, Dubai, Chennai, Nhava Sheva, Istanbul, Basel, Helsingborg and Dusseldorf. The network also covers Qingdao, Tianjin and Ningbo.
