NORTHEAST China's Tianjin port No 1 Harbour Operating Company has signed an export inter-transport agreement with Korea's Inchon port, Inchon Air Logistics and Tianjin Jinchuan Shipping Ltd to offer direct transport service for Samsung, reports Xinhua.
According to the agreement, Samsung's electronic cargo made in Tianjin will be delivered directly to Inchon port by sea-land transport, which is of great significance to strengthen Sino-South Korea's port cooperation.
The service is expected to contribute 100 movements of regular vessels per year to Tianjin port with a cargo value of over CNY20 million (US$2.9 million).
