The cabinet of ministers of Ukraine made decision according to which the right to carry out the ecological control can be used by the state body of environmental inspectorate. Besides that , the ecological control must be produced simultaneously with radiological one. The given resolution of Ukrainian government also forbids to collect any others fees at the import of commodities, except for the single customs fee.
Also Cabinet on May, 21 made decision in obedience to which equipment, spare parts, supplies necessary for sailing move from customs area of Ukraine aboard the ships of foreign sailing on the simplified order, without licensing, application of the tariff and non tariff adjusting. Thus, a process is carried out on the basis of document that confirms the fact of shipowner order of equipment, spare parts and etc.
