According to the letter of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development dated May 22, 2009, the agreement between Sea Commercial Port of Illichivsk and EBRD on EUR 26-mln loan for the development of Ilichivsk seaport infrastructure dated November 28, 2007 comes into effect from May 22 of the current year, the port’s press center reports.
According to the agreement EBRD provides EUR 26 for reconstruction of berths No 7,8,9 of the port’s second terminal and purchase of handling equipment. The date of the financing has not been revealed.
