Palmali tankers officially open navigation 2014 in Azov-Don Basin (photo report)

Official opening of the Azov-Don Basin navigation was held at the Kochetkovsky hydraulic engineering complex, IAA PortNews journalist reports from the ceremony. The first vessel to pass through a lock was Armada Trader of Palmali LLC followed by Armada Navigator of the same company.
