RF Government issues Decree on obtaining of permits for foreign-flagged vessels to enter inland water ways of Russia

RF Government has issued a Decree to introduce amendments into the Regulations on obtaining of a permit for sailing by foreign-flagged vessels at inland water ways of the Russian Federation. The Document deals with the vessels flying the flag of the Caspian states and entering inland water ways for repair at the yards of the Astrakhan region.
