Bunker prices in Far East ports decline in early 16th week (graph)

According to price report of IAA PortNews, average price for IFO-180 НS was $517 per tonne (-$3), MGO price was $802 per tonne (-$3).

Maximum ruble price hits RUB 23,000 pmt, minimal – RUB 21,500 pmt. 

Prices for light fuel range within RUB 33,500-34,000 pmt.

Market players note no deficit in the region. In general, prices tend to decline due to low demand for fuel during this period.

The port of Singapore saw an increase of heavy fuel oil prices (+$7) while diesel fuel price remained steady.
