Frio Petropavlovsk refuses access to the Paris MoU region

On 4th April 2014 the "FRIO PETROPAVLOVSK" with IMO number 9076258 has been banned, Paris MoU said in its press release. The ship was detained in Velsen (The Netherlands) on 26th March 2014. This is the third detention in the Paris MoU region within the last 36 months. The ship flies the flag of St. Kitts and Nevis, which is black on the current Paris MoU WGB list. The ship will be refused further access to any port in the Paris MoU region, except a port of the ship's flag State. As this is the first refusal of access order the period of the refusal of access wil be 3 months.
