Navios Partners announces cash distribution of $0.4425/unit

The Board of Directors of Navios Maritime Partners L.P. ("Navios Partners", NMM) has declared a cash distribution of $0.4425 per unit for the quarter ended March 31, 2014. This distribution represents an annualized distribution of $1.77 per unit, the Company said in a press release.

The cash distribution will be payable on May 13, 2014 to unit holders of record as of May 9, 2014.
