"K" Line announces change of directors

Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. ("K" Line) has decided in its board of meeting held today to appoint Senior Managing Executive Officer Hiromichi Aoki as Director & Senior Managing Executive Officer, the Company said Wednesday in a press release.

Former directors Takashi Saeki and Keisuke Yoshida retired with appointment as advisors to the Company.

The changes are subject to approval at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on June 25, 2014.
