Scope of dredging at Volga-Caspian Seaway Canal to make 5.4 mln cbm in 2015

The scope of dredging at the Volga-Caspian Seaway Canal is preliminary expected to make 5.4 mln cbm in 2015, Magomed Abdulatipov, head of Caspian Sea Ports Authority, told IAA PortNews.

According to him, FSUE Rosmorport is going to attract 5 dredging units for operation during the coming navigation period.

The work is to begin on April 1, 2015.
