OOCL implements a Peak Season Surcharge for St. Petersburg including Ust-Luga

With the imbalance of export over import to St. Petersburg, OOCL will be implementing a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS), the company said in its press release.

The PSS is applied to cargo loading from St. Petersburg including Ust-Luga on or after March 1.
