According to IAA PortNews bunker prices review, average price for IFO-180 НS at port Vladivostok was $280 per tonne (+$3), MGO price was $514 per tonne (+$28).
Local refineries have raised oil product prices hence the increase of internal market prices: heavy fuel oil – RUB 22,300 pmt, MGO – RUB 36,000 pmt.
Market participants find it hard to forecast further trend until ruble and foreign currency markets are synchronized.
The port of Singapore sees a $9 fall of heavy fuel oil indications and $7 fall of MGO prices.
