Tuapse Commercial Seaport allocated RUB 25.4 mln for port infrastructure development in QI’15
In the first quarter of 2015, Tuapse Commercial Seaport OJSC allocated RUB 25.4 mln for the port infrastructure development, the company’s press center says.
In the reported period, RUB 7.1 mln were allocated for the purchase of new equipment to facilitate handling operations in the port and RUB 18.3 mln were allocated for the modernization of two cargo districts.
Tuapse Commercial Seaport OJSC is the main operator at the port of Tuapse, one of Russia’s largest ports. It is a part of UCL Port, stevedoring division of international transport group UCL Holding. UCL Port also consolidates OJSC Sea Port St. Petersburg, CJSC Container Terminal Saint Petersburg, Universal Handling Terminal LLC based in North-West of Russia, and Taganrog port in the South. The Company’s fleet of handling equipment numbers 28 cranes with the capacity range of 10 to 124 t as well as 60 loaders and bulldozers.
