Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company consolidates over 75% shares of Irtysh Shipping Company

Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company OJSC together with its subsidiary Serginsky River Port has completed the transaction on acquisition of the controlling interest (over 50%) of Irtysh Shipping Company OJSC, thus consolidating over 70% of the Company’s authorized capital. As IAA PortNews learnt from a source, the transaction has been completed today, April2, 2014.
Ob-Irtysh River Shipping Company OJSC is one of the largest water transport companies in the Western and Eastern Siberia.
