Delays at Russia's seaports became a considerable restraint on smooth movement of trans, complains an RZD official.
First Vice-President of Russian Railways Vadim Morozov, speaking at the conference TransRussia-2015, Moscow, said there are at least 80 to 200 port-bound trains staying idle regularly on access railways.
"In this regard, we rely on the finalization and adoption of the final draft of the Federal Law "On Sea Ports", which we do need, so that the market participants, cargo owners could plan and carry out their activities," the IAA PortNews correspondent quoted Mr. Morozov as saying.
