Limits of port Arkhangelsk to be expanded with a part of water area in Dezhnev Bay

The limits of port Arkhangelsk are to be expanded through inclusion of a part of water area in the Dezhnev Bay (Alexander Island of Frantz Josef Land Archipelago) under the Bill of RF Transport Ministry “On introduction of amendments into Compulsory Regulations for Arkhangelsk seaport approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation (No 183, dated July 9, 2014)”.
