The launching ceremony of the self-propelled car and passenger ferry «Arkady Filatov» for crossing the river Svir in urban-type settlement Voznesenye of Podporozhsky district in Leningrad region, project 2967/3132, took place in Nevsky Shipyard’s slipway on May 15th 2015, the shipyard’s press release says.
The construction of the vessel is being carried out in accordance with the Contract signed with Automobile road department of Leningrad region in last August. The project is developed by Engineering Centre of Shipbuilding, JSC.

For information: Nevsky Shipyard, LLC is located 40 km away from Saint-Petersburg in the town of Schliesselburg on the left bank of the river Neva.
