Russian Gov't adds to land-use planning scheme for transport facilities the construction of Far East marine terminals, LNG terminal in Vysotsk
The Russian government has included in the territorial planning scheme for transport sector development the construction of five marine terminals in the Khabarovsk and Primorsky territories and in the Leningrad region, the government's official website said.
According to Order, July 14, 2015 (№1361-ro) signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev the land-use planning scheme additionally includes: the construction of a terminal for coal exports at Cape Burniy, a marine terminal for petrochemical goods in Vostok Bay, a terminal for coal exports at Cape Otkritiy, an LNG terminal near Vladivostok and an LNG production / storage terminal at the port of Vysotsk based in Leningrad region.
All these terminals have been included in the map of planned location of federal facilities.
The territorial planning scheme of the Russian Federation for the development of federal transport (rail, air, maritime and inland waterway transport) and federal highways was approved by order of the government on March 19, 2013 (№384-p.)
