The meeting of the Board of Directors of PJSC Far Eastern Shipping Company held on July 29, 2015, elected Ziyavudin Magomedov as BoD Chairman, the Company’s press release says.
The Company’s shareholders also took note of the President’s report, approved the revised Statute of the Company’s Branch in Vladivostok, approved PortTrans LLC as an Auditor for 2015.
