Star Bulk announces the sale of M/V Maiden Voyage

Star Bulk Carriers Corp. a global shipping company providing transportation solutions in the dry bulk sector, today announced the sale of M/V Maiden Voyage (a 58,722 dwt Supramax vessel, built in 2012, tbr “Astakos”) to an unaffiliated third party.

Star Bulk delivered the vessel to the buyers on September 15, 2015. The Company has also agreed to time charter ‐ in the vessel for a period of two years.
