  International Conference “Advanced port fleet- the basis of safety” has opened today, September 21, in Saint-Petersburg. The event has been organized by media-group PortNews. 
  
  The list of the Conference participants includes operators of port fleet vessels (icebreakers, tugboats, bunkering tankers, rescue vessels, environmental response boats, pilot boats), FSUE Rosmorport, shipbuilding enterprises, designers, agency companies, shipping companies, insurance companies, financial organizations, classification societies, RF Ministry of Transport, RF Ministry of Industry and Trade, Russian Chamber of Shipping, Association of Commercial Sea Ports.
