German Dry Docks acquires shares of Rotterdam Ship Repair

Bremerhaven-based German Dry Docks has bought shares of Rotterdam Ship Repair (RSR) to establish a complete service network for harbour and voyage repairs along the Dutch and German coastlines. The complete takeover of shares will be realised in two steps of 50% each.
The companies have been working together for a long time, which formed the starting point for the idea of the acquisition. Together they can organise all possible repairs on ships, engines, machines and installations within the shortest time. This saves time as well as money, which - above all - is the most valuable asset for customers. In regard to engines and governor techniques the two companies cooperate with MWB Motorenwerke Bremerhaven.
Rotterdam Ship Repair is located in the Waalhaven area.
