With the prize giving ceremony at the glamorous Naval Museum in Saint Petersburg the Nord Stream Race 2015 has officially ended and become history. Principal Race Officer Stefan Kunstmann congratulated all crews on their extraordinary performance of sailing 800 nautical miles nonstop across the Baltic Sea. They have completed an amazing challenge and were cheered and celebrated for their achievement.
Afterwards Igor Frolov from Saint Petersburg Yacht Club and Alexander Prinz zu Schleswig-Holstein from Norddeutscher Regatta Verein thanked the sponsors and supporters of the race and presented the trophies to the winners.
