ProDelta reach agreement with the VLS-Group Pernis to lease space at Distriport Benelux in Rotterdam

ProDelta has reached agreement with the VLS-Group Pernis to lease 10,700m² of commercial space, 1,185m² of office space and 7,300m² of land at Distriport Benelux in Rotterdam.

It concerns a new, long-term agreement. VLS-Group (link is external) (formerly Vopak) is a European provider of logistics services for the chemical industry and related sectors. In 2004, ProDelta (link is external) purchased the 19-hectare former Vopak tanker park by means of a sale-and-lease-back arrangement. During the past decade, the site was fully redeveloped into a complex that accommodates service providers. The necessary (environmental) permits for storing dangerous goods and merchandise are already in place. For tenants, this saves time and avoids complicated procedures.
