The prospects of the freight market in 2016 are seen positively by Sovcomflot, IAA PortNews correspondent refers to Sergey Frank, President and CEO of PAO Sovcomflot, as saying at the Transport Week - 2015. According to him, Sovcomflot’s BoD will approve the budget for the coming year on December 10, 2015.
