Helsinki District Court rejects the temporary court order of Port of Helsinki against Finnsteve

The temporary court order against Finnlines Plc's subsidiary Finnsteve Oy Ab (“Finnsteve”) which was requested by the Port of Helsinki Ltd (“Port of Helsinki”) has been rejected by the Helsinki District Court, FInnlines said in its press release.

The Port of Helsinki requested a right to force Finnsteve to empty certain areas in the Vuosaari harbour, which are essential to Finnsteve's business and to oblige Finnsteve to provide crane services on request to any third party designated by the Port of Helsinki.
