U.S. Coast Guard has taken delivery its 16th Fast Response Cutter the Winslow Griesser built at Bollinger Shipyards. The handover of the 154-foot patrol craft took place in Key West, Fla. The Winslow Griesser will be commissioned in March in Puerto Rico.
The vessel design is based on well-proven Damen Stan Patrol Boat 4708. The patrol craft has a max. speed of 28 knots and features state-of-the-art command, control, communications and computer technology.
