Sergei Senko takes the helm of the Baltic Customs

Sergey Senko, Col. of Customs Service was appointed as Chief of the Baltic Customs, effective as from December 29, the Baltic Customs spokesperson told IAA PortNews.

Sekno was appointed by the order of the Federal Customs Service (FCS) signed on 23 December 2015.

Sergey Senko was born Dec. 27, 1968 in Slavuta, Khmelnitsky region, Ukrainian SSR. In 1990 he graduated from the Riga Higher Military & Political School named after USSR Marshal S. Biryuzov. In 2001 – from St. Petersburg V. Bobkov branch of the Russian Customs Academy.
He began his service in 1993 as customs inspector at Vyborg Customs. In 2010 – Aug. 2012 he was deputy head of the Torfyanovsky customs post, Vyborg Customs; in August 6, 2012 – October 2013 Senko headed Customs Control Dept. of Vyborg Customs. Since 2013, he served as Deputy Head of the St. Petersburg Customs.
