Indicative bunker prices go up at port Vladivostok amid fuel deficit (graph)

According to Bunker Price Bulletin of IAA PortNews , the average indicative price at the port of Vladivostok for high-sulfur product IFO-180 HS was $179 pmt (+$13), MGO — $360 pmt (+$20). 
 
Market players say wholesalers experience a shortage heavy fuel oil.  Bunker suppliers forecast IFO-180 НS prices to start declining soon while MGO deficit causes the increase of prices.
 
Maximum indicative price of IFO-180 НS is $185-$190 pmt, MGO prices range between $350 and $380 pmt.
 
Fuel oil prices on the domestic market were ranging RUB 13,500 to RUB 14,500 pmt, MGO – RUB 29,500 to RUB 31,000 pmt.
