RF Government presents draft law on regulation of activities at seaports to State Duma

By the Order dated March 26, 2016 (No 505-r) RF Government presented the draft Federal Law “On Introduction of Amendments into the Federal Law on Seaports of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation, says press center of RF Government.

The draft law developed by the Ministry of Transport provides for introduction of amendments into the state regulation of activities at seaports, ensuring of safety at seaports, providing of services, as well as regulation of land and property relations.

The draft law was considered and approved at the meeting of RF Government on March 24, 2016.
