Following on from Proserv acquiring Nautronix, as of Thursday 31st March the transfer of the business of Nautronix Ltd to Proserv UK Ltd will be complete.
This does not affect the structure or method of operation of the business, with all products and services still being offered. This change is entirely within the Proserv Group of operating companies in the UK.
