CFO Mr. Arjan van de Kerk will retire at the end of the year after having been employed at Van Oord for 18 years, the company said in its press release.
In consultation with the Executive Board, the Supervisory Board of Van Oord has decided to appoint drs. Jolanda Poots-Bijl RC. as the new CFO. She will start as of 19 September while Mr. Van de Kerk will handover at the end of 2016.
Jolanda Poots-Bijl is 46 years old and has held several financial positions over a period of almost 25 years. She is presently CFO at Ordina (ICT) and was previously CFO at Volker Wessels (construction).
